Jiayou k! For these 3 days remaining, just eat healthily and drink lots! As you can see, some of us will be rowing quite a bit so make sure you eat properly before that and also bring along something to munch k?? And please! No 12 slices of bread before the race! hahaha...

REACH Dragons Interviewed!!

Hey team,

REACH Dragons will be featured on New Paper for the Gallop of the Dragons Race 2010! The reporter is going to come down this Saturday 6/5/10 to SDBA at 2pm to take pictures and interview us after our training.

REACH Dragons is chosen among the many teams because of REACH's work and vision in working with youths and building character and imparting values this sport.

I would like to invite all those who have been part of REACH Dragons since 2007 to come! Hope to have you guys to be part of the action!

PA Paddle Championship 2010 25th April

Hey REACH Dragons,

Wasn't it exciting today??!!! Let's keep the morale that way and let's hit the finishing line with no REGRETS!

Here's our CSC results for boat 1:

Who says we can't make it??? ha...

Alright, tomolo is THE DAY again. Here are the details:

Reporting time for all CSC rowers:
730am (latest timings coz the organisers want to clear the postponed events to the first part of the day)

Reporting time for tnet rowers:
1145am

Meeting venue:
Same pavilion as today

Team, this timing is for all to be there ready to start warm up. It's very important to meet this timing. If anyone late, it will not just make you anxious but the whole boat will worry coz we will be short of 1 rower! Pls arrange your own transport there k. If you have parents who can send you, then try and see who you can pick up along e way k?

Attire:
Our black team jersey with compression top. (CSC boat 1, bring the Seahawk jersey and wear that k?)

Pls don't come with empty stomachs k? I know it's very early but you have to eat something.

Tentative Timings for PA Paddle Championship 2010 for 25th April Sunday

Hey team,

These are the tentative timings for the events that we are going for on Sunday k!

Event 1:
CSC Mixed 10-crew Semis Dragon Boat
Reporting time: 745am
That's if we get through our heats on Saturday!

Event 2:
OPEN Men 20-crew Semis Dragon Boat
Reporting time:845am
That's if we get through our heats on Saturday!

Event 3:
Tnet Novelty Dragon Boat Race Final Dragon Boat
Reporting time: 11am
This is our sure win event!

Any changes of timings will be informed through suyuan on saturday night or you can come back check this blog by 11pm on Saturday night.
