Round Island Cycling 9th Dec 08

Hi all,

Anyone interested on 9th Dec to do a round island ride with me? Starting point will be East Coast in the morning and will be going different parts of Singapore. Preferably have some riding experience coz will be going on roads so needs to have confidence due to traffic etc.

And each gp supposed to retrieve ingredients for their sandwich.. of coz, with a bit of twist and difficulty.. getting lettuce w/o hands!

And then they formed their master piece sandwhich.. with meaning behind it too!!

one of e sandwich ingredient is egg.. some like it cooked, some like it raw..the only wat to find out is to crack it on e head.. apparently all e trippers had e raw egg... thanks to e station masters. ha.

junyuan looks like he is gonna use e egg for hair gel and face mask! :P

Dragonboat River Regatta 08!

River Regatta was over last Sat, Sun. Really look forward to next year where our team can get onto the waters again and fight it out. I am sure the team can't wait for that to happen too!

I am on one of the boat, in RED circle.. can see? haha.. sorry picture not clear coz we were really going fast!

New season of rowing will start on 6th Dec. Pls contact me if you are keen to take on dragonboat as a sport. Welcome all age groups, welcome all rowers, new and experienced.

Singapore Dragonboat River Regatta 2008

Osim Corporate Triathlon Results!

Hey all, Osim Corporate Triathlon is over! And our REACH United Relay Team under the Non-profit category came in 6th position! With Jamine's swim of 5:57min, Matthew's bike of 44.05min and Fernell's run of 26.16min, adding together with the timing of 1.16 hr. Congratulations to the team!

And for myself, I completed the Sprint Distance with a timing of 1.20 hr. Completed the swim with 5.12min, bike 50.22min, run 25.25min. It was a great race!

Looking forward to more such events! If you are keen in endurance sports like these, do contact me k? =)
