PA Paddle Championship 2009 - REACH Dragons!

Last weekend was AWESOME!! Just take a look at our team above!

It's really amazing how we performed at the mixed 20 open category. The spirit and attitude was really great and I believe unforgettable for a lifetime!

What's even more amazing was that we should have been the 1st in the Tnet Novelty Race but due to some club playing "unfair".. we came in 2nd.

Well, it's not over coz we are still going to go for Singapore DragonBoat Festival 2009. REACH Dragons, Keep the spirit going though now I know some of you are having exams... Jiayou!!! :)

POST DRAGONBOAT RACE CELEBRATION!!!

Hey all!

Yes i know u are all excited n looking forward to the race on 25th, 26th April.. Not just about the winning (although I believe our team will deliver the results!) but it's about how hard we have worked until today. So let's get ready and scare the other teams with our "spirit" k? REACH wooosshhhh!

K, let me give you all something to look forward to! ITS OUR REACH DRAGONS ICE CREAM PARTY!!!!!

Date: 2nd May
Time: 11am
Venue: REACH FSC - Bishan St 13 Blk 187 void deck, just behind Bishan CC
Attire: REACH Dragonboat Tee (if you have)
Fees: $1!!

kkkk... We will have our very FIRST ICE CREAM PARTY!!! I will make sure u all eat until you stomache..haha..

Another thing we will do is to watch our race day video of the 2 days. I will be consolidating photos and videos taken of the whole event and all our previous training sessions and showing u all.. where we see many "muscular guys n pretty ladies" huh..hahaha..

On that day I will also be recruiting people who wants to join us to train for the next race on 27th, 28th Jun 09 in the Spore Dragonboat Festival at Singapore River. So you can invite your friends down too to join in the party and see our videos and have some fun!

Joanne and myself will be planning some "surprises" for u all.. so if u r confirm keen, register with Pricilla asap!

REACH Dragons Training

Our first training at Bedok Reservoir.. Pre Training Time, settling admin. Good that almost all are on time! Good discipline guys!

ha 'some of e guys' actually popped over to the other side n help themselves to e food n drinks.. carrot cake n elcair.. :P


Our training was xiong! raced 300m, 500m, hard 10 n 30 for 3 sets. heh. funny things also happened, i.e. someone screaming because of spider on boat, someone saying 'up' at wrong timings which send J n P in fleets of laughter n hard to row.. etc.

Anw, we were inspired to up our stamina and power. Guys, coach said to lift weights k! So next wk onwards, gals, lets give them our bags to carry. ha.

k after trg we showered n this is where more fun continues!

Guys, i have so much fun with you all.. the team spirit, teeth gritting trainings, discipline, funny n not funny jokes, little casual chats, and your fighting spirit. Looking forward to next training with you all.

Race is around the corner, and let's gear up and give our very best!! All the way!!! OOSH! :)
