We will be combining with Paddlers of Tomorrow for the 20men open Category under National Championship. The other 3 boats in the CSC race will be done by ourselves. Here is the line up as of now k? Weihua may make some changes later if there's a need.

REACH Dragons River Regatta 2009 Line Up

After the 5-crew Dragonboat Challenge, we are not siting back and relax! We are getting ready for the River Regatta 2009 on 21, 22 Nov 2009.

We will be sending 4 boats. 3 boats under Bishan East CSC and 1 boat in the National Championship Men's Open category.

For all those that are in boat 1 and 4, it's very crucial for us to train with sembawang together during the weekdays. As far as you can, join us k? For those not in these 2 boats, you are also welcome to join to build up your fitness for the race.

For this Regatta, besides preparing the team physically, we are also getting a "new" look.

The above are rash guards which have:

1. UPF50+ rated for UVA and UVB protection.

2. 4-way stretchable fabric for comfort fit and superior flexibility.

3. Flatlock stitch construction to prevent chafing and abrasion.

4. Content and weight of fabric material optimised to achieve compression effect for muscular support so as to enhance sports performance and recovery.

5. Black and white options

It's offered at a special rate of $15/pcs for short sleeve and $20/pcs for long sleeve to REACH Dragons.

Pls note that there is no more XXS and XS for short sleeves k.

For all e rest of REACH Dragons & Alumni & other friends, do come down and support tomlo if you can. Our race is at Jurong Lake, beside lakeside MRT and our semi finals is at 330pm and finals at around 4pm.

Here are the details of this Sat/Sun race.

Report at Jurong PA by 1145am on Sat 10th Oct. Meet at Chinese Garden station control 1115am.
Report at Jurong PA by 230pm on Sun 11th Oct.

Things to note:
- Bring your own drinks and snacks
- Wear the black team jersey
- Make sure you don't be late
- Lastly, make sure you eat/sleep enough. This race will have a few heats for those who make it into the finals. Therefore, must be able to last a few sets of the race.

National 5-Crew Challenge 2009

Hi all!

Long time no update liao.. haha.. Ok a few things are happening..

1. REACH Dragons this Sat/Sun will be representing Geylang West T-Net Club in the T-Net category at the 5-Crew Race taking place at Jurong PA. Timings and of the race will be released later. All supporters keen to come and see see look look contact me k? =)

2. 1st Round of Mentors training for volunteers is able to come to an end. We are still looking for volunteers to be mentors of youth-at-risk. So if you are keen, pls contact me k?
