today dragonboat training was great. things that we did were refining of our strokes and techniques, endurance sets and fartlek sets and we included in fun things like tug of war, jumping into water and time sets!
well, seems like our new coach Weihua and Yilin are really great people, from the NUS Alumni team. haha.. and i am looking to rowing with the NUS alumni team coz I am from NUS too!
The rest out there, if you want something challenging, well start with our rowing sessions first k.. on Saturdays at Kallang 10 - 12pm. Today's sun was good! I love the tan.. hahaha..
